Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the current investigative process.
